Due to the possible threat of flooding Monday morning, Hays CISD will operate on a two-hour delay.
According to a Hays CISD press release, the delay means school start times are exactly two hours later than normal and buses will run exactly two hours later. All morning activities are cancelled Monday and all Pre-K, both morning and afternoon sessions, are cancelled. In addition, all half-day special education classes are cancelled.
