It’s business as usual this week at Kyle City Hall, except for the bubbling cauldrons and wandering spirits, some of which are city employees dressed up and ready to spook at a moment’s notice. Employees have turned most of city hall into a full-blown haunted house and they invite the community to come see and have some candy for the rest of the week from 4 to 5 p.m. ... if you dare.
