Working moms who croon
The Trishas, a four-woman band from Austin, are playing at Suzanna’s Kitchen in Wimberley on Aug. 23. These melodic ladies are working moms who often bring kiddos on the road. Their first album, “High, Wide & Handsome,” will be released soon. You may notice there is no Trisha in the band. The venue, which is smoke-free, alcohol-free, is a monthly coffeehouse hosted by the Wimberley United Methodist Church in its Fellowship hall. Tickets are available at the door; opens 7 p.m.
