Parsley, and LaVonia Horne-Williams and Emily Jones for Buda City Council At-Large Position 3, will take place on Tuesday, Dec. 7, with voting from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Early voting begins Nov. 22 and ends Dec. 3, excluding Nov. 25 and 26 for the holidays.
