Seven artists will be opening the doors to their creative inner sanctums as part of the Wimberley Valley Art League’s annual studio tour from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 10 am. to 4 p.m. Sunday.
Hill Country artists will welcome visitors into their private studios to experience their art and their creative spaces.
Opening their studios this year are Clare Pousson, Lilli Pell, Mary Owens, Trisha McWaters, Jan Fitzhugh, Nancy Elliott and Celia Clowe. With guest artists in some studios, visitors will see original work from 27 artists. Featured in the open studios will be potters, painters, jewelry artists, photographers, leather artists and mixed media artists.
Come discover local artistic talent, and learn about the inspiration, process, tools and techniques of various artists.
The tour is self-guided, and free of charge. A copy of the map is available at Wimberleyvalleyartleague.org or at the Wimberley Visitors Center or Art on 12 Gallery.
Artists will post their own mask policies, so please be respectful of their wishes while visiting their spaces.
