SAN MARCOS — Seasons of Science, organized by Texas State University’s Department of Biology and the Hays County Master Naturalists, is set to transform local breweries into interactive science spaces this April.
According to a news release, the events will offer the following: exploring the critical role of pollinators in Central Texas ecosystems, learning about local pollinators at an interactive education table, playing the hands-on pollination game, decorating an eco-friendly flower pot at the craft station, joining a guided nature exploration with a research rangers guide and enjoying a day outside at a local small business.
The upcoming event aims to make science enjoyable for adults, while creating a welcoming environment for families to learn together, the release stated.
