The McCormick Middle School Parent Student Teacher Association (PTSA) celebrated being recognized as a National PTA School of Excellence earlier in the summer with a ribbon cutting Sept. 17. The Greater Buda Chamber of Commerce joined PTSA staff members, along with principal Amanda Richason and Hays CISD Board Trustee Courtney Runkle to honor their achievement.
