The Greater Buda Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the grand opening of Buda’s newest restaurant, Astra, Monday, May 18. Owned by Mattison Bills, the restaurant and bar soft launched in February, but is now open seven days a week. The business is located at 404 N. Main Street and features an all-day menu of locally sourced, 100% scratch-made cuisine.
