Festival honors history, heritage of Driftwood

After being rescheduled from April 12, due to inclement weather, the Fifth Annual Driftwood Heritage Festival was held Sunday, May 17. The festival, hosted by the Driftwood Historical Conservation Society at Vista Brewing, aimed to bring people together to learn about the history and future of the town.

Local vendors were able to set up booths, along with educational tables from nonprofit organizations in the area. Pictured, the owner of South Creek Provision Company offers a bar of soap for a young attendee to check out the scent.
