After being rescheduled from April 12, due to inclement weather, the Fifth Annual Driftwood Heritage Festival was held Sunday, May 17. The festival, hosted by the Driftwood Historical Conservation Society at Vista Brewing, aimed to bring people together to learn about the history and future of the town.

Ms. Poppy the Clown provided entertainment in the children’s area, which also included a game zone with giant Jenga and Connect Four.

The Sophia Johnson Band entertains the crowd with its bluegrass, country, western swing music. Originally from Birmingham England, Johnson has been a resident of Austin for more than a decade.
