GFiber began bringing its internet service to Kyle in 2025 and has since had crews installing the necessary infrastructure to neighborhoods throughout the city. Recently, the first residents in Waterleaf, Cool Springs and Silverado subdivisions were able to join the service, which was celebrated with a ribbon cutting, pictured, Thursday, July 30 at Kyle City Hall, with the Kyle Area Chamber of Commerce.
“We’re celebrating more than a new internet provider; we’re celebrating investment in our community,” said Kyle Mayor Yvonne Flores-Cale at the ribbon cutting. GFiber offers several plans to customers, including Core 1 Gig, Home 3 Gig and Edge 8 Gig, according to the city of Kyle. To learn more, visit www.gfiber.com.
