The City of Dripping Springs is asking for input from residents on its Transportation Master Plan. People can make their suggestions through the city’s virtual meetings, which will be held starting Nov. 17 until Dec. 8, spanning three weeks.
The masterplan will define the city’s goals and policies on how their transportation should function. So far, the city has outlined that the Transportation Master Plan should: promote safe mobility, develop a system that accommodates growth, establish the ultimate roadway network and identify right-of-way needs to meet future growth and identify mobility needs.
The virtual open house will also inform residents about the proposed Thoroughfare Plan and the Multimodal Plan. There will also be interactive maps, depicting the proposed roadways, bicycle and pedestrian improvements.
The Transportation Master Plan is asking for community input so it can achieve the best possible refined plan to present to City Officials.
Residents can attend the virtual open house through the city website.
