A new leader will be taking the reins of the Hays County Food Bank, according to the board of directors, as Eleanor Owen-Oshan has been chosen to fill the position of Executive Director, effective July 1, 2019
Owen-Oshan has worked at HCFB since September 2017. Prior to this promotion, she served as Programs Director and Development and Events Coordinator with the food bank. She has over 20 years of leadership experience in the private sector.
