Honors abound for Hays science teams The Hays High FFA Entomology, Floral and Vet Science teams traveled to San Antonio March 23 and came away with honors. They competed at James Madison High where the Vet Science Team placed second overall and Mackenzie Gunn was second high individual, Catherine Dickson was third and Adrienne Russell was fifth. The Entomology team placed 11th and Katie Edwards scored a perfect score. The Floral Team placed 13th out of 48 teams. The Entomology and Vet Science teams also competed at O’Connor High. The Vet Science Team placed second and Adrienne Russell was sixth. Entomology team placed 11th and Katie Edwards was 6th place individual.
