By Brittany Kelley BUDA — The Hays CISD Board of Trustees voted 6-1 to adopt a resolution declaring hazardous traffic conditions for several roads throughout the district at its May 20 meeting.

KYLE — At its May 22 meeting, Kyle City Council approved a resolution authorizing the award of the “Increase Access to Mental Health Services for Residents Under 18” solicitation to Hill Country Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Center (HCMHDD).

The Hays County Commissioners Court received a presentation from the Hays County Homeless Coalition at its April 23 meeting, with data from the organizarion 2024 Point in Time count.

KYLE — After being shut down in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Kyle Area Youth Advisory Council (KAYAC) is back.

BUDA — The Hays CISD Board of Trustees unanimously approved a seat belt plan at its April 15 meeting, which will equip the district with a fleet of buses fitted with seat belts at the earliest possible date.
