DRIPPING SPRINGS — Following a presentation by city attorney Laura Mueller, Dripping Springs City Council unanimously approved a budget for Village Grove proposed improvements on Ranch to Market Road 12 pursuant to the Offsite Road Agreement on Aug. 6.
