The Kyle City Council unanimously approved the voluntary annexation of almost 98 acres in a special meeting Sept. 24.

Clayton Properties Group, Inc., d/b/a/ Brohn Homes, requested the annexation for a development to be called “Casetta Ranch. The property will be changed the original zoning of Agricultural (AG) to Single Family Residential-3 (R-1-3).
