More than $2k raised for coach’s family

Community supporters of all ages spent their Sunday afternoon at STAC Athletics Youth Center, located in Kyle. STAC hosted a fundraiser to defray medical and funeral costs as Lehman High School Golf Coach Kent Smith faces the recent loss of his wife, Cynthia Rojas–Smith, who was diagnosed with colon cancer in July 2019. Local businesses donated baskets to be raffled off. The ticket sales raised funds for the Smith family.
