HAYS COUNTY — While they are decreasing in some parts of the country, rates of COVID-19-, flu- and respiratory syncytial virus (RSV)- related hospitalizations still remain elevated, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Free time was spent picking the perfect hockey stick, practicing hitting the puck and learning all the rules of the game — only it was on rollerblades.
