The Hays High School girls basketball team traveled to Lockhart High School to take on the Lions on Friday, Dec. 20. The Hawks showed no mercy, beating the Lions 76-23 in the district matchup.

The Lehman Lobos made the short drive to Buda to face off against the Hays Hawks at Hays High School on Friday. The Hawks soundly defeated the Lobos 74-15.

The Hays Hawks hosted the Canyon Cougars on Friday, Oct. 7. It was a close game, but ultimately the Hawks soared 44-41. The Hawks will play at home again on Friday against Seguin, as they recognize Future Hawk Night.
