The Buda Masonic Lodge #800 cordially invites the public to attend the presentation of the Golden Trowel award to Brother Preston Schultz on Friday, May 23, 7 p.m. at Buda City Hall. The Golden Trowel Award is the highest honor given to a Brother Mason for his consistent, outstanding service.
Members of the Onion Creek Senior Citizens Center were presented with a check for $675.00 from Comal-Hays Chapter of Thrivent Financial for Lutherans last Thursday at the weekly lunch. The check was supplemental dollars for the seniors’ recent fundraising event at the Wiener Dog Races.

After 13 years of working with all the girls at Shear Impressions, Nikki Warren is saying “good-bye.” Warren will soon obtain a degree in Recreational Therapy which will bring on a new adventure and changes in her life. All of her clients and friends will miss her; but do wish her well on her new journey.
