KYLE — Kyle Police Department Chief Jeff Barnett presented the city council with an update to the city’s emergency response preparedness at its Feb. 6 meeting.

Staff Report KYLE — An 18-yearold Austin man was arrested on Sept. 8 for several warrants issued by the court, including capital murder, according to Hays County Sheriff’s Office Sgt. Jeff Jordan. This is Isaac Nathan Arispe’s fifth arrest since 2022.
