Kyle to see Juvenile Behavioral Health Program
KYLE — Hill Country Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Center is partnering with Hays CISD, Hays County and city of Kyle to establish a Juvenile Behavioral Health Program. The partnership comes after Kyle City Council awarded the solicitation to increase access to mental health services to the organization in January 2024.

Never Ending Legacy There is a treasure in Jars of Clay to reveal Hellen Pichardo’s ministry to love her family, donate to single mom’s organizations and compassion for those in need, that will never cease. Her finger prints left a mark to spur others on to the prize in the Jars of Clay. Even though Hellen endured physical challenges, she was able to press on through her ministry. 2 Corinthians 4:7 tells us Hellen’s life had storms but she was NOT forsaken. She fought hard and was graciously surrounded by family taking her breath in heaven, July 9, 2024.
